How We operate

-  Asynchronous consults are $25 each

-  Synchronous consults are $35 each

-  Prescription services or lab interpretation will vary based on needs.  Ranges are $15-40 per order. (No controlled substances will be ordered)

- Overnight services can be pre-arranged and will have an additional fee depending on needs (ex overnight IV parties). 

-  Email us with the completed intake forms below, we will reach out within 48 business hours to set up a demo or onboard

-  Onboarding will take about 10 minutes.  It is EASY!!!

-  You will receive a link to send your patients (and/or turn into a QR code).  Once they complete the intake we are notified within 5 minutes and have a goal to complete the clearance within another 15 minutes. 

-  Our system will also create a PDF of the intake and GFE combined that can be downloaded for your records.

-  Billing will be done by the 5th of every month and payments must be received by the 10th or we will no longer clear patients.  

-  There are no monthly contracts, but we do request a courtesy 30 day notice if you plan to stop using our services.  

-  We do provide services on weekends, and can overnight if this is part of our agreement.  Though we HIGHLY recommend having patients complete their GFE prior to their service so there is no delay in care and any concerns can be addressed ahead of time.

-  Your clinics information will be shown on each intake form so your patient is not confused.  

You will be assigned one or more nurse practitioners licensed in your state.  The nurse practitioner is required to have knowledge of the aesthetics world and therapies as well as experience as a good faith exam provider.  We are able to sign a contract to work under your medical director, or in autonomous states do not need any additional supervision.  All nurse practitioners have their own medical liability insurance and some have over seeing MDs in states requiring this, though their overseeing physician will not be overseeing the clinics, only the services provided by the nurse practitioner.  We can answer any necessary questions on this.   

We are currently able to accommodate all 50 states for clearing!  Preference does go to asynchronous eligible states and clinics.
